Check-In, Don't Just Check On: Supporting Employee Mental Health at Work

➤ 78% of employees say that workplace stress is affecting their mental health.


➤ 71% found it difficult to concentrate at work (compared to 65% in 2020 and 46% in 2018).


The twists and turns of the high-stakes roller coaster ride we’ve been on these past two years have taken their toll.
